Order Cancellations & Process

Once an order is confirmed, it is automatically processed through our system and immediately moved to the shipping stage to ensure fast and efficient delivery. Due to this automated process, orders cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Return Period & Process

Goda Sain USA offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at godasainhelp@gmail.com. We prioritize customer communication and will guide you through each step of the return process.

Product Eligibility

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our address. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, your refund will be processed.

For defective products, we cover the return shipping. However, if upon inspection the item is found to be non-defective, no refund or compensation will be issued. Accurate reporting ensures fairness in our policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, used personal care products, including beauty items, cannot be returned. This ensures product integrity and customer safety, as these products come into direct contact with the skin.

Exchanges & Alternatives

To exchange an item, return the original product and place a separate order for the replacement item.

For customers in the European Union, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, ensuring international customer satisfaction.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you promptly regarding the refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
